For Local Clients, we will suggest/request
clients to have 20-30 photos taken with
360 degrees on head (frontal, top, side,
vertex, spiral point, etc.) before applying
our nutrition products on scalp. These dated
photos are decreed as the "before"
stage for comparing the improvements in
the future. The film roll will be given
back clients immediately. Not kept by us.
Every month, clients are invited to take
another series of photos. Or, they are encouraged
to take photos themselves monthly. If there
is no improvement after applying our nutrition
for 90 days (3 months) in accordance with
comparison of "before" & "after"
photos, he/she can have the payment fully
refunded which is equal to the price of
merchandises he/she had bought.
For Overseas Clients, after they had placed
the order online in our web-site, we will
ship the merchandise(s) immediately according
to the notice emailed us by the aligned
e-payment company. Clients will receive
the merchandise(s) very soon, for example,
within 3 to 4 working days for USA orders.
The shipment will be daily tracked on the
internet tracking system of courier service
until it is delivered. If they do not accept
it, they can return the merchandise(s) in
the same package by the same shipping method
on their own expense, and their amount of
payment for that transaction(s) will not
be deducted. We are committed to this agreement
with Telewide Enterprise Limited in 1999.

the delivery process is completed.
For Local Orders in HKG, clients can place
order in our website with contact phone
number. After we have confirmed the order(s),

of Hongkong Post Office(GPO). All the registered
mail orders can be tracked on GPO's internet
